Portals is a self-regulation toolkit developed at the intersection of science and applied psychology.
Each section of the app incorporates a specific therapeutic effect: improving connection with bodily sensations, developing sensitivity to psychological boundaries, cultivating awareness of everyday experience, building empathy, psychological resilience, and maintaining wholeness.
Portals' structured programs, grounded in scientific knowledge and empirical experience, activate or strengthen the mind's natural self-regulation mechanisms and help harmonize both psychological and physical well-being.
The Portals method is based on a syncretic principle: projecting emotions and bodily sensations through music, color, geometric shapes, and visual structures (mandalas) that the user creates themselves.
A practice is the systematic use of the app to improve psychological well-being. Depending on the user's needs and goals, one or more suitable programs can be selected within the app.
Each program is built on a specific algorithm and is designed to address a particular emotional or psychological state.
To achieve a positive effect, it is sufficient to consistently complete the selected programs, following the suggested structure.
When working with chronic conditions and long-standing issues, regularity is essential. Daily use leads to more stable and noticeable results.
During practice, a gradual shift in attention, a reduction in internal noise, and the formation of a state of inner balance may occur.
Stable results develop with regular daily use.

Our app is safe for your health.
During the program, you may experience heightened anxiety or other forms of discomfort. This is because you are paying closer attention to your emotions and focusing on bodily sensations. You may also feel irritation or even anger - this indicates that these emotions were suppressed for some reason and are now surfacing. Try to continue and complete the program; this is usually sufficient to restore emotional balance.
